1. No Returns and All Sales Final (As-Is, Where-Is)
All sales of liquidation pallets, overstock lots, and customer return truckloads are strictly Final. ToolsPallets does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits under any standard circumstances.
By purchasing from our platform, you explicitly agree to the following wholesale market conditions:
- As-Is Condition: All inventory is sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis. Contents are sourced directly from retail customer returns, shelf pulls, and closeouts.
- Functional Variance: Liquidation inventory inherently includes items that may be non-functional, incomplete, damaged, or missing original accessories.
- No Retail Guarantees: Condition descriptions (New, Like New, Refurbished, Used, or Mixed) reflect general batch sorting and do not constitute an item-by-item operational guarantee.
2. Permitted Exceptions and Claims Processing
We will review transaction claims and offer localized resolutions exclusively under the following conditions:
2a. Severe Freight Damage (FOB Shipping Point)
All shipments are sold FOB Shipping Point. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon loading at our dock. However, if a carrier inflicts catastrophic damage during transit:
- Note the Damage: You must explicitly document all visible structural damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. You maintain the right to refuse delivery if destruction is total.
- Photographic Proof: Take immediate high-resolution photographs of the pallet wrapping, structural damage, and impacted items.
- 48-Hour Window: Submit your claim to sales@tool-pallets.com within 48 hours of arrival. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed.
2b. Material Manifest Discrepancies
Manifests are approximate estimations compiled during bulk sorting. Minor variances in item counts, model numbers, or accessory inclusions are normal.
A claim may only be submitted if a material discrepancy occurs (e.g., incorrect product category or a major short-count over 15% of total value).
Requirements:
- Do not sell, alter, or distribute items until claim is processed
- Document full load with photos
- Submit claim within 48 hours of delivery
3. Discretionary Resolutions
If a freight or manifest claim is approved after review, ToolsPallets may offer:
- Partial Refund / Store Credit (proportional to verified issue)
- Replacement Inventory (if available)
- Full Refund (only if error is internal or shipment is undeliverable)
4. International Purchasing and Export Disclosure
This policy applies to all buyers across authorized regions including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, Spain, and Italy.
- Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and local compliance
- ToolsPallets is not responsible for border rejections
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted for minor variances or grading issues
5. How to File a Verified Claim
To initiate a claim review:
- Timeframe: Email sales@tool-pallets.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Subject Line: Claim — [Freight / Manifest] — Order #[Order Number]
- Evidence: Unedited photos of pallet, damage, and delivery receipt
- Review Time: 3 business days
