. We strive to provide quality tool pallets and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of liquidation, wholesale, customer-returned, overstock, and palletized merchandise, all sales are generally considered final. Tool pallets may contain items in varying conditions, including new, used, shelf-pull, customer-returned, or untested products.
However, we may accept returns under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived significantly different from its description.
- The shipment was damaged during transit and reported within the required timeframe.
- The order was incomplete due to our error.
Return Request Period
Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving their order.
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Detailed description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customer-return pallets
- Liquidation pallets
- Mystery pallets
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items returned without prior authorization
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product was not delivered.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrived with substantial damage caused during shipping.
- The item is proven to be materially different from the product description.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
- If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
